|Recommended: YesRenovated interior nice area — The Property managers are friendly and always willing to help with any questions. The apartment has new, nice, flooring and all new appliances. Our neighbors have been kind and parking is easy. The laundry rooms almost always have space open for another load and the payment app for the washer and dryer is very easy to use. So far this apartment complex has been perfect for us.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live for college students. — Whether you like the quiet calm life or the party life you can find that all here. Surrounded by like minded college students who keep the residence quiet while maintaining their social life. Close to multiple stores makes shopping a breeze.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — The only down side to this living situation has been the inability to use the amenities not just because of covid-19 pandemic but they have been under maintenance for a few months. Lastly the only other fault I find is the lingering smell of marijuana that never really ceases and will sometimes invade the apartment. Everything else has been top tier.

The only downside is how many people don’t clean up after their dogs obviously not the fault of the property managers or maintenance . We might need more trash cans and bags around to encourage people to keep the property clean.

The area is spacious and parking is easy. The staff has also been extremely helpful and is always willing to help out. I really recommend living here to anyone new to the area.
