|Recommended: YesWildcat Crossing Is A Great Place To Live — My son has been really happy at Wildcat Crossing He loves his 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. The floor plan is
great and it is a really quiet complex. Also, being close to the Safeway, Walgreens and Chico State is an added amenity.

|Recommended: YesThe property is fine. — The apartment itself is great, but the outside is only alright. Lots of trash on the property and dog poop. As well as car with flat tires, busted windows, sitting in parking spaces indefinitely. However I feel very safe and welcomes here.

Office staff are friendly and easy to talk too, buildings are kept in great shape, and the pool area is a great family place for those hot summer days. Overall would definitely recommend living here

The property has been doing updates since we viewed. Love the new appliances and modern feel. Close to everything gas, stores, school and restaurants. The maintenance staff was very attentive when I had to call for a repair. The staff was also accommodating. Thank you.
