|Recommended: YesExpensive but worth it — A little on the expensive side for my liking, but I don’t have mommy’s and daddy’s money lining my pocket to help me out. With all the amenities that come with living here, it is a good place to live but parking is hard to come by if you have more than two vehicles. It is pet friendly community and not any noise other than loud barking chihuahuas. Grounds are well monitored but not well lit. Dog park has zero lights and can be scary at night. Needs to be addressed soon

|Recommended: YesWildcat Crossing Is A Great Place To Live — My son has been really happy at Wildcat Crossing He loves his 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. The floor plan is
great and it is a really quiet complex. Also, being close to the Safeway, Walgreens and Chico State is an added amenity.

|Recommended: YesWildcat Crossing Apartments — This being my first apartment, and only the second week here it's a cute remodeled design. Moving process was hectic but overall its a nice apartment that I really like.

|Recommended: YesThe property is fine. — The apartment itself is great, but the outside is only alright. Lots of trash on the property and dog poop. As well as car with flat tires, busted windows, sitting in parking spaces indefinitely. However I feel very safe and welcomes here.

|Recommended: YesAwesome Place to Live — I’ve lived here over 2 years, and in those two years I’ve had a great experience here. Office staff are friendly and easy to talk too, buildings are kept in great shape, and the pool area is a great family place for those hot summer days. Overall would definitely recommend living here
