|Recommended: YesA Great Place To Call Home — Overall, this has been a great place to live. I genuinely enjoy it here. It has everything you need, and the amenities are solid. The rent is a bit on the higher side, but honestly, it still feels like a place you can call home until you’re ready for something like a house.
Parking is pretty good overall. It can get a little full at times, but there are usually enough spaces. The only thing I’d mention is the speed bumps, they’re a bit high, so lower cars might scrape if you’re not careful.
The noise level is usually reasonable. Most days are calm and respectful, but like anywhere, it can get a little louder during holidays, events, or when people are just being people. It varies, but it’s nothing out of the ordinary and sometimes even adds to the community feel.
The grounds are clean and well kept. Landscaping is taken care of regularly, and I haven’t had any issues with trash or upkeep. You’ll see some birds, small animals, and pets around here and there, which is actually a nice touch.
The apartment itself is decent. The walls can be a little thin, and the bathroom is on the smaller side, but everything works the way it should and holds up well over time.
Maintenance has been reliable. Most things get handled pretty quickly, sometimes the same day or within the week. The team is respectful, communicates well, and always gives a heads up before coming by.
Overall, I’d recommend this place to just about anyone. It’s a comfortable, well-kept community and a solid place to live.

It’s a quiet community, which I really appreciate, and the gated access is a definite plus. The location is great, right next to Safeway, with a bus stop just across the street.

|Recommended: YesWildcat Crossing Review — I’ve been living at Wildcat crossing for the short amount of time of 4 days now but my experience has been quite positive. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local amenities, public transportation, and walking distance to Chico State. The complex itself is well-maintained, and the management team is responsive and helpful.
The apartments are spacious and modern, with plenty of natural light and up-to-date appliances. The community amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, are well-kept and provide great value. One of my favorite aspects is the sense of community among the residents it’s a friendly and welcoming environment.
